Service Agreement & Terms
1. Services Offered
I provide personal assistant services tailored to your needs, including but not limited to:
Errands
Administrative support
Organization
Event assistance
Other duties as discussed
The scope of each job will be confirmed before scheduling.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
All appointments are scheduled in advance. I do my best to be punctual, and I ask the same in return. Please notify me promptly of any changes.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your time is valuable, and so is mine.
More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service fee will be charged.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at my discretion. One “courtesy cancellation” per year may be granted to recurring clients.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle
For longer projects (multi-day or weeklong): A deposit of 50% may be required in advance to secure the booking.
Late payments beyond 5 days may incur a late fee of $25.
5. Access & Supplies
Please ensure that I have access to the necessary locations, materials, or tools to complete the job as planned. Any special instructions or passwords should be shared securely in advance.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared with me in the course of our work together will be kept strictly confidential. I respect your privacy and your space.
7. Liability
I take great care in all tasks I perform. However, I cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions, prior damage, or indirect outcomes beyond my control.
8. Termination
Either party may end our working relationship at any time, with written notice. Any outstanding payments for completed work will still be due.
9. Agreement Confirmation
By scheduling my services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. I’m always happy to clarify anything!
